Newcastle United boss Joe Kinnear and Hull City manager Phil Brown have been handed FA charges of improper conduct over their clash during their sides’ FA Cup third round replay.
The duo were sent to the stands midway through the first half of the Tigers’ 1-0 win at St James’ Park last Wednesday, although both men played down the touchline confrontation.
