Klopp confirms interest in Perisic

Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has revealed that the club are interested in signing Club Brugge attacking midfielder Ivan Perisic.

The Bundesliga champions are looking for summer reinforcements and they have been hot on the trail of the Croatian midfielder.

The Borussia Dortmund coach has confirmed the club’s interest in the 22-year-old.

“It is no secret. Perisic is two-footed, quick, multi-talented, and has a strong header,” Klopp told Kicker.

On the other hand, the talented manager moved to deny reports linking Borussia with Bayern Munich striker Miroslav Klose.

“Miro is a great guy. We thought about him, but for some reason he does not fit.”
