Klopp: Fabinho leaving would be ‘crazy’

“Now is the most intense period of the season and he’s used the time to adjust to what we want. Of course he will not leave, it would be completely crazy”.

Those are the words of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, who seems to be baffled by the idea that the club will look into selling Fabinho. The Brazilian has started three of their last four games, but following a slow start to life at Anfield, some have wondered whether or not Klopp would look to cut his losses.

That doesn’t appear to be the case and as the gaffer noted, there’s a very busy winter period coming up and Fabinho could prove to be a crucial tool for the Reds.

The 25 year old joined from Monaco earlier this year, where he had spent the last five years of his career.

While there’s still a long way to go, many Liverpool fans want to see him being given time on Merseyside.
