Klopp to manage Germany?

According to a recent report from Bild, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been tipped to potentially take over the German national team.

The report indicates that Klopp could be tempted away from Liverpool if the Germany job presents itself as a viable option next year, which is when the 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to take place.

It’s not yet known whether it would be before the finals or after but if Germany want a fresh start, then pulling the trigger after the World Cup has taken place may be the best route forward.

Klopp clearly has a passionate relationship with the people of Liverpool and the club itself, but the last year or so has certainly taken its toll on him – and understandably so. If he did decide to make this change in his life and his career, nobody can judge him, especially after the success he’s enjoyed on Merseyside.
