Lazio striker Miroslav Klose could move to the MLS at the end of the season, reports La Repubblica.
The veteran striker’s contract at Stadio Olimpico is due to expire at the end of the current campaign, but the player recently revealed that he planned to carry on for another two years.
It would appear as though the 35-year-old is searching for a new challenge and chances are he will be leaving Italian Serie A next summer.
La Repubblica understands that Klose is hoping to continue his career in MLS, having previously stated that he would like to play his football in the United States.
The Germany international, who is likely to take part in next year’s World Cup, has resumed full training after recovering from injury and he could be returning into action next weekend.
Lazio face a tough away fixture against Atalanta Bergamo, and they are 8/5 to record the first away triumph of the season.
