Lazio striker Miroslav Klose will not be leaving the club in the January transfer window, Il Messaggero has revealed.
The 36-year-old striker has been linked with a move away from Stadio Olimpico after losing his place in the side to summer recruit Filip Djordjevic, but he is unlikely to quit midway through the season.
Klose plans to wait until his contract comes to an end at the end of the season before deciding whether to leave or stay on for another year.
The former Germany international has proved to be a great signing for the Biancocelesti, having largely impressed since arriving on a free transfer from Bayern Munich.
Klose featured in 86 Serie A matches for Lazio and went on to score 34 goals in the process.
After winning their last three league fixtures in style, Lazio host Torino next weekend and can be backed at 3/4 to make it four on the bounce.
