Klose wants MLS move

Lazio striker Miroslav Klose aims to finish his career in Major League Soccer, according to Bild.

The veteran forward is not too happy by the lack of playing time at Stadio Olimpico and could be leaving the Biancocelesti this winter.

And while former club Werder were ready to offer him an escape route from Rome, the latest reports suggest Klose has no plans to return to German Bundesliga.

The 36-year-old is instead hoping to move to the MLS, where he has a number of suitors who could be stepping up their interest in the coming weeks.

Miroslav Klose joined Lazio on a free transfer from Bayern Munich in July 2011 and has since bagged 37 goals in 86 Serie A outings.

The experienced striker, however, lost his place in the side to new recruit Filip Djordjevic and only went on to start five league fixtures this season, while making another ten appearances as a substitute.
