The Mail Online understand that Barcelona are keen on signing Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany.
The Belgium international is out of contract at the end of the season and could be tempted to move on after over a decade at the Etihad Stadium.
During his time with the Citizens, he has racked up three-hundred and thirty-nine appearances in all competitions, scoring nineteen goals while he has won three Premier League titles, three League Cups and the FA Cup.
However, he has started just four league games so far this season with both John Stones and Aymeric Laporte ahead of him in the pecking order.
The thirty-two-year old will be able to open talks with clubs outside of England in January, though there have been discussions over a potential new deal with Pep Guardiola’s side.
Manchester City host Everton on Saturday afternoon, and can be backed at 1/5 to take all three points.
