Koulibaly to replace Thiago Silva at PSG?

Paris Saint-Germain are going win yet another Ligue 1 title this season, but that does not mean they will be completely happy with the squad they have. In fact, Thomas Tuchel is probably ready to make some changes and it looks like the club’s board is also ready to make some deals actually happen. One of those could this summer and all the way from Italy.

According to Canal+, Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly is on Paris Saint-Germain’s shortlist of candidates to replace Thiago Silva. The report suggests that the Brazil centre-back will leave the champions of France at the end of the season. That is not a big surprise, considering Silva is already deep into his thirties and that his contract is set to expire on 30 June. That is why PSG are already on the lookout for his successor.

Koulibaly is at the top of the list and he seems eager to make the move as he has already bought an apartment in Paris, the sources are saying.
