Bayern Munich manager has insisted that Thomas Muller is still happy despite being dropped on Saturday, as reported by Bild. Muller supposedly understands that it’s a team effort and sometimes sacrifices need to be made in order to reach the top, as Bayern attempt to claw their way back up towards the top of the Bundesliga table. Bayern have really been struggling to get a foothold in Bundesliga this season, leading many to wonder whether or not Kovac’s days at the club were numbered.

Alas, they appear to be on the rise once again, although there’s still been some speculation over the future of Muller. The 29 year old has been with the German giants since the age of 10, although some have suspected that he could one day be interested in a new challenge. Alas, that won’t be happening any time soon if Kovac’s words on the matter are to be believed.
