Aston Villa striker Libor Kozak has rejected the chance to join Celtic, according to the Mail Online.
The Scottish champions, who crashed out of the Champions League after their play-off defeat to Malmo on Tuesday evening, were keen on signing the Czech Republic international who only moved to Villa Park two summers ago.
The twenty-six year old made just eight starts in the Premier League last season, scoring four goals though a leg break in training last January has kept him out of action since.
He made his first appearance in over eighteen months as a substitute in Villa’s extra time League Cup victory over Notts County on Tuesday evening, and now looks set to heading for the exit door though he will not be moving to Celtic Park.
Villa, who currently sit fourteenth in the Premier League after taking three points from their opening three games host winless Sunderland on Saturday afternoon.
