According to a recent report from Sky Germany, Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Toni Kroos will determine his future.
The 32-year-old midfielder is currently set to stay at Real until 2023, which is when his contract will expire, after a run than began when he signed way back in 2014.
Since then he’s been able to enjoy incredible success with the Spanish giants but some wonder whether or not he’s leaning towards a return to Germany, or perhaps a move elsewhere.
Ancelotti knows exactly what he’s capable of even at this stage of his career which, thus far, has been going for over 15 years.
Kroos doesn’t seem like the kind of player who would be interested in ruffling any feathers and with the World Cup on the horizon, it’d give him the perfect opportunity to make a decision about what comes next after being at the forefront of Real’s midfield force for so long.
