Kyle Walker on Monaco radar

The Telegraph is reporting that French giants Monaco are considering a mega money bid for Tottenham full-back Kyle Walker.

The Principality club had been heavily linked with a move for Arsenal’s Bacary Sagna, but with the Frenchman moving closer to signing a new deal at the Emirates, they have switched their attention to the England international.

Walker only recently extended his contract at White Hart Lane until June 2019 and it is clear Spurs are not looking to sell.

Nevertheless, Monaco hope that a big money offer would make Tottenham officials change their minds.

Kyle Walker has developed into one of England’s top right-backs during his time at the Lane, and he has so far made 92 Premier League appearances for Spurs.

He has made five starts for England in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers and is widely tipped to be on the plane to Brazil.
