Competition: MLS
Market: LA Galaxy and over 2.5 goals

Two sides enduring a very different run of form, LA Galaxy will welcome DC United to the Stubhub Center on Thursday.
For Sigi Schmid’s LA Galaxy side, although they may have finished second bottom in the Western Conference last year, the hosts on Thursday have recently begun to catch the eye. Coming off the back of a 3-3 draw with SJ Earthquakes last time out, Galaxy have now only lost one of their last five and a win could see them jump as high as fifth. One man to watch out for is former Manchester United and PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimović, the 36-year-old scored a brace last time out and also has five in his last three for The Whites.
As for DC, despite announcing the signing of England’s all-time goalscorer Wayne Rooney last week and a move to their new stadium on the horizon, they head to LA winless in their last four following a 3-2 loss to New England. Ben Olsen’s sides major issue this year has been their defensive issues, along with conceding three last time out, DC have now shipped 10 in their last four and also came crashing out of the US Open Cup to Orlando City on that run. Given LA Galaxy’s recent run of form in the final third, it appears it will be another long night for DC on Thursday.
