La Liga: Sevilla 3 Granada 0

Sevilla maintained their climb out of the relegation zone with a convincing 3-0 La Liga home victory over Granada on Monday.

The win takes Sevilla to 13th place on the table with 23 points, three clear of Granada in 17th place.

French midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia opened the scoring for Sevilla in the 32nd minute.

Croatian Ivan Rakitic, who had created Kondongbia’s first goal, was on hand for the second, scored by Negredo in the 71st minute.

Chile’s Gary Soto made it 3-0 four minutes later with his third goal of the campaign.
