Lampard discusses Chelsea’s summer plans

While there has been a fair bit of uncertainty regarding the window as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the popular opinion is that the Blues will still look to strengthen.

Lampard has had a mixed start to life at Stamford Bridge in the eyes of many fans and pundits, but it does appear as if he’s building for the future.
