Frank Lampard has developed into a club icon since joining Chelsea from West Ham back in 2001, making 440 Premier League appearances for the Blues and scoring 151 goals.
The veteran midfielder has won three Premiership titles, four FA Cup trophies, two League Cups, a Champions League and Europa League during his illustrious career, while also earning 103 England caps.
