After a potential move to Portugal fizzled out, it seems as if Gabriel Barbosa‘s destination will be to UD Las Palmas in Spain, according to a report from Marca.
Gabigol has been keen on a move out of Inter Milan as he has not gotten the minutes he expected when he came over from Santos in his native Brazil.
Since arriving at Inter last season, the Brazilian international’s playing time has been paltry, to say the least.
In the 2016-17 season he played a total of 10 games for the Nerazzurri, and this season has not been any different as he has yet to feature in a game for the Italian club.
Sources had Gabigol making a move to Benfica in Portugal, but the latest news is that the deal with the defending Liga NOS champion has broken down.
With these latest developments, Las Palmas has reportedly shown interest in the 21-year-old forward and are looking to bring him to the Canary Islands.
