Nottingham Forest duo Jamaal Lascelles and Jamie Paterson have signed new long-term contracts with the club, according to Sky Sports.
Centre-back Lascelles, who is a product of the Reds acadamey, has made twenty-seven appearances in all competitions so far this season, scoring twice, and received his first call up for the England U21’s earlier this month.
He was linked with a move to both Arsenal and Liverpool in January, with the former having a £5m bid rejected by the Championship club while Everton were fined earlier this year for making an illegal approach for the player.
Paterson has also extended his stay with the club after impressing in his debut season Trentside with ten goals in thirty-two outings, including a hat-trick in the 5-0 demolition of West Ham United in the third round of the FA Cup.
Forest are currently sixth in the second tier, and can be backed at a price of 12/5 to beat local rivals and fellow promotion hopefuls Derby County on Saturday afternoon.
