Le Phoceen is reporting that Marseille star Lassana Diarra has the option to leave the club as early as this winter.
The France international joined OM on a free transfer earlier this summer and he has enjoyed a brilliant start to his career at Stade Velodrome.
Some impressive displays in French Ligue 1 even saw the midfielder recalled to the national team, and now Europe’s top clubs are casting admiring glances his way.
Even though Diarra has more than three and a half years left on his contract, it is believed that he can easily leave Marseille for greener pastures.
Namely, the midfielder only agreed to sign a four-year deal with the club because he was guaranteed an easy way out at any moment in time, and Marseille officials could now live to regret their decision.
Lassana Diarra, 30, has started seven Ligue 1 matches since joining the club, scoring one goal in the process.
