France international midfielder Lassana Diarra looks likely to stay at Marseille at least until the end of the season, according to Radio Monte Carlo.
The highly rated footballer has done really well to kick-start his career at Stade Velodrome and even returned to being an important part of the national team.
As a result, quite a few top clubs started casting admiring glances his way, but Radio Monte Carlo claims that Marseille haven’t received any offers for the 30-year-old footballer.
And seeing that both OM and the player himself would prefer for their cooperation to continue, everything suggests that Diarra will not be moving clubs in January.
Having finally ended a long exile from the France national team, the midfielder is determined to secure his place in the Euro 2016 squad and that is one of the main reasons why he has no plans to leave Marseille just yet.
Diarra has started 15 Ligue 1 fixtures since joining on a free transfer and scored one goal in the process.
