Besiktas continued their good domestic form with a 0-1 win at Eskisehirspor on Saturday, their fourth league victory in a row.

The defending Turkish champions didn’t have an easy time at Eskisehir’s Atatürk Stadium however, and it looked like the match was heading for a goalless draw.

But with seven minutes to play, Ekrem Dag found the target to give Besiktas a 0-1 lead, which turned out to be enough to collect three valuable points.

Besiktas are now in fifth position at six points from leaders Fenerbahce, who still have Sunday’s match with Istanbul rivals Galatasaray ahead.
