Lavezzi nears PSG exit

Argentine striker Ezequiel Lavezzi will not be staying at Parc des Princes for much longer, according to Le Parisien.

PSG coach Laurent Blanc is slowly losing patience with the former Napoli star and he would prefer to see him leave during the January transfer window.

Namely, the pair has enjoyed a strained relationship over the last few months and with Lavezzi returning late from a winter holiday, the boss no longer seems prepared to tolerate his unprofessional behaviour.

However, given that the forward is very popular among his teammates as well as club chiefs, it looks as though he won’t be sold before next summer.

Chances are that both Blanc and Lavezzi will be offloaded at the end of the season, given that the coach has failed to get the maximum out of his side and taking into account that the forward’s contract is due to expire in June 2016.
