Lavezzi wants La Liga move

Spanish daily newspaper El Mundo Deportivo has suggested that Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi has set his sights on moving to Spanish La Liga.

The experienced footballer has less than a year left on his deal at Parc des Princes, and there is little chance of being offered a contract extension.

And having already experienced life in Italy, Lavezzi wants Spanish La Liga to be his next destination.

The Argentina international would prefer to join his international teammates and good friends Leo Messi and Javier Mascherano at Camp Nou, but it remains to be seen whether Barcelona coach Luis Enrique will be ready to welcome the 30-year-old.

Through his official representative, Lavezzi has offered his services to Sevilla and Valencia as well, and we are yet to see if there will be any takers.

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain face Rennes on the road tomorrow evening with the Saints priced at 4/9 to emerge victorious.
