Lavezzi’s agent rubbishes Inter link

The agent of Napoli star Ezequiel Lavezzi has moved to deny reports that his client is one the verge of joining Inter.

After Chilean forward Eduardo Vargas arrived to San Paolo, the Argentine was linked with a January move to Giuseppe Meazza.

However, Lavezzi’s representative reveals there is no truth in rumours linking his client with a move to Inter.

“This story is a journalistic invention,” Alejandro Mazzoni told Radio CRC.

“The Nerazzurri have never contacted me and Napoli haven’t told me that Inter have ever asked forLavezzi.

“At this moment in time, Lavezzi is not on the transfer market.”
