According to the sun newspaper Celtic chief executive Peter Lawwell has rejected approaches from Arsenal to move to London to take on a similar role for them. It is reported that he had been offered £1 million a year to undertake the role.
This is good news for Celtic and for all Scottish fans who get fed up with being told how much bigger the top English Clubs are than their own.
Obviously Mr. Lawwell is happier where he is for the time being.
