Il Corriere dello Sport understands that Lazio have found an agreement with Espanyol to sign Ecuadorian striker Felipe Caicedo.
The deal is reportedly worth €4 million and the Biancocelesti finally get the man they have followed since 2013.
Caicedo was far from impressive in Spanish La Liga last term, bagging mere 2 goals in 27 appearances, but he was in excellent form playing for Ecuador.
The 28-year-old bagged no fewer than 7 goals in 11 World Cup qualifiers to keep La Tri in the race for a place in Russia.
Caicedo has no Serie A experience to brag about, but the well-traveled striker has so far represented FC Basel, Man City, Sporting CP, Malaga, Levante, Lokomotiv Moscow, Al Jazira and Espanyol.
