Il Corriere dello Sport understands that Lazio are considering January move for Atalanta striker Alberto Paloschi.
The Biancocelesti expect to stay without Filip Djordjevic in the winter and with Balde Diao Keita set to take part at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, attacking reinforcements are required.
While they were also weighing up moves for Sebastian Haller, Manolo Gabbiadini and Gianluca Lapadula, Lazio have now turned their attention towards Alberto Paloschi.
The club officials believe the 26-year-old has the quality to play at Stadio Olimpico and they are expected to make their interest concrete in the coming weeks.
Atalanta are reportedly holding out for €7 million, but the good news is that Orobici will have to pay €5 million if they want to make Etrit Berisha’s loan move permanent.
The AC Milan graduate has so far scored 50 Serie A goals, while he also enjoyed a short-term loan spell with Swansea City last term.
