Italian giants Lazio are weighing up summer move for Sporting CP striker Bas Dost, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
The Biancocelesti are almost certain to stay without Balde Diao Keita and they plan to recruit a new striker to act as Ciro Immobile’s partner up front.
According to latest reports, Lazio have set their sights on red-hot Bas Dost, who has enjoyed a remarkable campaign with Sporting CP.
Having failed to establish himself as an undisputed starter despite performing well at Wolfsburg, Dost joined the Lions in a €10 million deal last summer and that proved a great career move.
The 27-year-old went on to score impressive 34 goals in 31 league appearances, and he now looks set to cash in on his excellent performances.
Free-spending Marseille are also believed to be keen on his services, while few other top clubs are expected to join the chase.
