The Biancocelesti are looking to sign a new right-sided full-back and they have set their sights on the Serbian footballer.
Lazio appear to see Darko Lazovic as a good long-term replacement for his compatriot Dusan Basta, who is nearing the closing stage of his career.
And with Genoa hoping to recruit Stefan Ristovski from HNK Rijeka, the Rossoblu are ready to negotiate with Lazio.
It is no secret that the two chairmen Claudio Lotito and Enrico Preziosi have got an excellent working relationship and chances are they will find an agreement that will see Lazovic move to Stadio Olimpico.
The 26-year-old was in fine form last season, scoring 2 goals and producing 5 assists in 33 Serie A outings.
