Serie A giants Lazio are weighing up summer bid for Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes, El Mundo Deportivo has claimed.
The Biancocelesti have so far resisted temptation to cash in on Serbian midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, but they need to have a replacement ready if one of his suitors match the club’s asking price, believed to be in excess of €100 million.
According to reports, Lazio are looking at Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes, who is widely expected to leave Camp Nou in the summer.
The 24-year-old has failed to prove his worth since joining from Valencia, but he remains on the radar of top European clubs.
Andre Gomes started mere 6 La Liga fixtures last term, while making another 10 substitute appearances, struggling for form throughout the season.
