Lazio are on the verge of signing striker Djibril Cisse from Panathinaikos, according to L’Equipe.
The Biancocelesti are looking to build on the very good showings from last season and president Claudio Lotito is eager to reinforce the squad this summer.
Miroslav Klose, Lorik Cana, Abdoulay Konko, Federico Marchetti and Senad Lulic have already arrived, but the list doesn’t stop there.
According to L’Equipe, Lazio are hot on the trail of Panathinaikos striker Djibril Cisse and have already agreed the transfer fee with the Greek club.
The Biancocelesti will pay around €6 million for the French international, with the player set to sign a four-year deal worth €2.1 million per season.
The transfer is expected to be completed later today, meaning that Cisse will become Lazio’s sixth signing of the summer.
