Serie A strugglers Lazio have submitted an official proposal for Ajax striker Arkadiusz Milik, according to Estadio Deportivo.
The Biancocelesti are in the market for a new centre forward, with Miroslav Klose announcing his decision to leave the club.
Estadio Deportivo has learned that Lazio have made a €15 million offer for the Poland hotshot, but they could face stiff competition from other interested sides.
Milik appears to have decided to leave for greener pastures, and it is now just a matter of where he will end up.
With the likes of Sevilla, Liverpool, Arsenal, Barcelona, Bayern and few more top clubs keen on his services, Ajax will certainly be looking to sell their prized asset to the highest bidder.
Arkadiusz Milik, 22, has been in excellent form this season, bagging 21 goals in 31 Eredivisie outings, while netting six times as Poland secured their place at the Euro 2016 finals.
