Lazio are readying January bid for Benfica midfielder Bryan Cristante, according to Il Corriere della Sera.
The Biancocelesti are bracing for big money proposals for star player Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and they see the Italy starlet as a good replacement.
Il Corriere della Sera claims that Lazio are ready to offer around €20 million for Cristante, who is currently on loan at Atalanta.
It is the Orobici who will probably turn a nice profit on the 22-year-old as they have the option to make the transfer permanent for mere €4 million.
Cristante has largely impressed since arriving at Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia, bagging no fewer than 8 goals in 17 competitive appearances.
