Lazio and Fiorentina are among the clubs vying for the signature of Genoa midfielder Francesco Lodi, according to Il Secolo XIX.
The 29-year-old arrived at Stadio Luigi Ferraris this summer as a high-profile signing and he did well to score 2 goals in first 8 league games for the Rossoblu.
However, he has since lost his place in the side, which seem to have alerted a number of Serie A clubs.
Il Secolo XIX understands that Lazio, Fiorentina, Cagliari and Torino are all pondering January bids for the former Catania star.
Lodi is still regarded as one of the best playmakers in Serie A, and his suitors are hoping the player will soon become unsettled by the lack of playing time at Genoa.
The Rossoblu have climbed to seventh in the league standings following a five-match unbeaten run and they are 10/3 to defeat Cagliari on the road next weekend.
