Italian daily newspaper La Repubblica has learned that Borussia Dortmund are keen on signing Lazio full-back Senad Lulic.
The Millionaires are hot on the trail of the versatile footballer and they are reportedly readying a €12 million bid for his services.
Lazio chiefs are not interested in selling the Bosnia international at the moment, but the player himself might try to engineer a move away from the club if the Biancocelesti continue to struggle.
Senad Lulic, 27, has a contract until June 2017 and he has been linked with AC Milan among other clubs this summer.
The experienced midfielder has largely impressed since joining the club from Young Boys, scoring 7 goals in 67 Serie A matches.
Following several disappointing results, Lazio returned to the right track with good displays against Cagliari and AC Milan, with the Biancocelesti 4/7 to see off Genoa on Sunday and close the gap behind their top 5 rivals.
