Il Corriere dello Sport claims that Real Madrid are among clubs showing interest in AS Roma playmaker Leandro Paredes.
After impressing during the loan stint at Empoli, the Argentine midfielder continued the rich vein of form at Stadio Olimpico, quickly developing into one of club’s most prized possessions.
Paredes already has suitors in English Premier League, while it is believed that Real Madrid are casting their glances his way as well.
Having stayed without Miralem Pjanic in the summer, AS Roma officials are determined to keep hold of the 22-year-old, although they are prepared to consider proposals in excess of €20 million.
Kostas Manolas, Edin Dzeko, Radja Nainggolan and Antonio Rudiger are some of the other footballers who could be subject of big money offers in the January transfer window, while Juan Manuel Iturbe is on the verge of joining Torino.
At the same time, FC Basel are expected to exercise the purchase option for Seydou Doumbia, paying the Giallorossi €6.5 million.
