Competition: Capital One Cup
Market: Leicester City to win against West Ham
Odds: 11/10 @ Bet 365

Leicester City lock horns with West Ham United in the third round of the Capital One Cup on Tuesday night, and the Midlands outfit are favourites to come out on top in 90 minutes. Both sides have enjoyed a bright start to the new Premier League campaign, so this week’s outing will be a tough game to call at the King Power Stadium.

Leicester are the last unbeaten team in the Premier League this season, with City having won three and drawn three from their first six games of the campaign. They have picked up seven points from a possible nine in their own backyard this season, but their defensive record is in need of work. Claudio Ranieri’s men have conceded nine goals from their six games, but have also been full of goals themselves, averaging more than two per game.

West Ham have also started the campaign a brilliant form, with the Londoners winning four of their six games. Slaven Bilic’s men are coming off the back of three consecutive league wins, and have dispatched of the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City at the Emirates, Anfield and the Etihad respectively. Boasting a 100% record on the road, United will be a tough side to get a result against this week.

Nevertheless, Leicester beat West Ham when the two sides locked horns in the Premier League earlier this season, and came out on top in April of the previous campaign, so they will have some confidence of making it three in a row.
