Leicester City favourites to sign Arsenal target Odsonne Edouard

Leicester City are favourites to sign Odsonne Edouard from Celtic in the summer transfer window, according to The Telegraph. Leicester’s Premier League rivals Arsenal are also interested in the former Paris Saint-Germain striker, it has been claimed.

Edouard is out of contract at Celtic at the end of next season and is available for around £15 million to £20 million, according to the report. The 23-year-old joined the Hoops permanent from PSG in 2018 after a loan spell from PSG and has been superb for the Glasgow giants over the years.

According to WhoScored, the 23-year-old has made 23 starts and three substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for Celtic this season, scoring 16 goals and providing three assists in the process. The youngster made three starts and one substitute appearance in the Europa League for the Hoops, scoring two goals in the process, according to WhoScored.
