Premier League side Leicester City are said to have opened talks with French heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain over the forgotten attacking midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa.
The Foxes are keen to bolster their ranks with the former Newcastle United midfielder who is struggling for playing time in Paris.
The 30-year-old French international has not featured since mid-March and is unlikely to extend his current deal which runs out in the summer of 2018.
With only six months in his PSG contract, Ben Arfa is able to open talks with potential suitors and French media report that it’s Leicester City who have approached him over a possible summer move.
Claude Puel has already worked with Ben Arfa in the past at Nice and could persuade the out-of-sorts PSG midfielder to join him at King Power Stadium.
