Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy continued his impressive scoring run with a goal on the weekend against Watford to pull clear in the Premier League scoring charts. The in-form 28-year-old finds himself five goals ahead of the competition with 12 goals from as many games so far, and could well be enjoying the Golden Boot in the summer if he can continue finding the back of the net.
Vardy has scored in nine consecutive Premier League games for the Foxes, and is nearing Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s record of 10 for Manchester United.
