Leicester City are keen to keep hold of Ghana defender Jeffrey Schlupp, according to the Guardian.
The full-back has been strongly linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion this summer though the Premier League champions are reluctant to sell as they look to challenge on four fronts this season.
He made twenty-four league appearances last season though only fourteen of those games came as starts while he scored in a 2-1 win over Norwich City back in October.
Manager Claudio Ranieri opted to play Liverpool target Ben Chilwell ahead of Schlupp as the Foxes lost 2-1 to newly-promoted Hull City in the opening Premier League fixture of the season but will hold talks with the twenty-three year old as he looks to retain his services.
Having won the title by ten points last season, the East Midlands can now be backed at 50/1 to retain the trophy.
