Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi is said to be among the Barcelona players who are hoping the French international Paul Pogba would move to Camp Nou.

The Manchester United midfielder has been continually linked with an exit from Old Trafford this season after it appeared he is enduring a tumultuous relationship with manager Jose Mourinho.

The La Liga champions are said to be monitoring the situation ready to pounce should such an opportunity occur.

According to Daily Mail, several members of the Barcelona squad – led by leo Messi himself – would be extremely keen to have Pogba join them at Camp Nou.

Paul Pogba returned to Manchester United in 2016 in a £89 transfer from Juventus but has thus far failed to justify the price tag. The Frenchman is constantly being criticized for his performances while his every move – on and off the pitch – has also been scrutinized.
