AC Milan technical director Leonardo has admitted that he would like to lead the club one day.

The Brazilian has been a director at the club for just over a year.

“It’s too early to talk about it, but in the future I would like to lead Milan or Brazil,” Leonardo revealed.

“I started to think about that when I was nominated for the Brazil job before Carlos Dunga was appointed.

“I have a very special relationship with Milan and that’s what makes it my dream to be Rossoneri Coach at some stage, even though I am happy with what I am doing at the moment.”

He added on the Scudetto race: “Inter are strong and have everything they need to win the title, but it is a marathon.

“Milan need to improve if we are to think about the Scudetto and we need to find two or three things that we are lacking.

“At the moment though we don’t need reinforcements, but the injury situation will decide that.

“What’s the situation with Kaka? It’s nothing serious and he was joking when he said he would need two or three months to recover.”
