Lewandowski admits Premier League dream

Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski has fueled speculations linking him with a move away from Signal-Iduna Park.

The Polish striker is in high demand following an impressive season in the Bundesliga and he is constantly being linked with a move to one of Europe’s top clubs.

The player has two years left on his deal with Borussia, but having been unable to reach an agreement over the contract extension, he could decide to leave BVB in the near future.

The 23-year-old has now openly admitted that he dreams of playing in English Premier League.

“This is a league in which I would love to play and I hope that I manage to test my skills there in the future,” Lewandowski said to Polish TV channel TVP Info.

During the European Championship, the highly rated striker was tipped to join Manchester United, and even Poland boss Franciszek Smuda admitted that a move to Old Trafford was on the cards.

As it turned out, the player remained in Borussia, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t be moving to England as early as this summer.
