Sporting Lisbon rose to third place in the Liga Sagres with a comfortable 3-0 away win over Vitoria Setubal on Monday.
The visitors took the lead on the 20-minute mark at Estadio do Bonfim when Portugal striker Yannick Djalo scored the first of his two goals for the match.
Defender Abel doubled Sporting’s lead in the 39th minute, before Djalo made it three in the 57th minute to ease them past Uniao de Leiria on the table by one point.
Sporting are five points from second-placed Benfica and 13 points in arrears of league leaders Porto, while Vitoria Setubal are just one place and four points above the relegation zone.
