Evian full-back Daniel Wass has hinted that he would love to play for Borussia Dortmund as the speculation regarding his future continues.
The Dane has already decided to quit les Roses at the end of the season, and he will have no shortage of offers following yet another impressive campaign in the top flight.
Operating as a winger, the 25-year-old has already scored 8 league goals this term, despite the fact that Evian are heavily involved in the relegation tussle.
And while France’s top clubs are casting admiring glances his way, Wass has hinted that German Bundesliga could be his next destination, citing preference for Borussia Dortmund.
“For a Dane, Germany is ideal, because you can learn the language quickly, the lifestyle is very similar,” Wass said in an interview with So Foot Junior magazine.
“For example, I would never say no to Jurgen Klopp’s Borussia Dortmund, even if they do not play in the Champions League next season.”
Daniel Wass has spent last four years at Evian, having joined from Brondby, and has so far bagged 23 goals in 123 league outings.
After slipping to the Ligue 1 relegation zone, les Roses face relegation rivals Lens on the road and are 16/5 to emerge victorious.
