Montpellier midfielder Morgan Sanson has moved to suggest that he is ready to quit his current employers in favour of a big club move.
The 20-year-old has been in scintillating form ever since he arrived from Le Mans two years back and in turn caught the eye of Marseille and few more top clubs in France.
Sanson has now suggested he is on the verge of leaving Montpellier, stating his preference for English Premier League.
“Since I was a little boy, England has fascinated me. I have a great desire to go there, but that’s for later,” the youngster confessed to beIN SPORTS.
“A stint in France before? I do not know, it will depend on my progress. The longer I stay at Montpellier, the less time I will have to join an intermediary club.”
Morgan Sanson largely impressed in his debut season at Le Mans, scoring 3 goals in 27 league appearances and that proved enough to earn a move to Montpellier.
The talented midfielder had an instant impact with la Paillade, and has already featured in 57 league matches and scored 5 goals.
Meanwhile, he has become an important member of France Under-21 side, starting four matches in the latest qualifying campaign.
