French daily newspaper L’Equipe has learned that Lille are considering January moves for former Ligue 1 stars Lisandro Lopez and Nene.
Les Dogues find themselves in the danger zone after 15 league matches and having scored mere 10 goals in the process, they are desperately searching for attacking reinforcements.
And while Sunderland striker Jozy Altidore is one of the players on their radar, Lille are also hot on the trail of two former Ligue 1 hotshots.
According to L’Equipe, les Dogues are keeping close tabs on Al Gharafa duo Lisandro Lopez and Nene.
Lille officials hope to sign the two forwards on a short-term loan and the latest reports suggest their current employers are open to such an arrangement.
Lisandro Lopez spent four very successful years with Lyon, scoring 59 goals in 119 Ligue 1 appearances, while his current teammate Nene has played for Monaco and PSG in France, netting 55 times in 142 league outings.
