According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, Lille and Frankfurt are two of the clubs most interested in signing Cody Drameh from Fulham. The 17 year old teenage prospect has been turning heads in the Cottagers’ academy for quite some time now, and has also drawn the attention of several Premier League clubs. His contract is due to run out next season, although he has been featuring regularly in their under-23s squad. He has also been called up to England’s under-19s squad, showcasing just how much progression he’s made in a short space of time.
One of the things going against Fulham is that they look set to return to the second tier of English football, with relegation to the Championship appearing to be imminent. Whilst he may not base his entire decision on whether or not they stay up, you’d have to imagine it would be a factor of some kind.
